What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakeville

There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood which I like a lot.

The top few main reasons I like living in this neighborhood, 1.)small suborb 10 mim from the beach 2.)low crime rate 3.)mostly Caucasian people on the roads 4.)in closed polls 5.) Alot of cool places to shop and dine afterwards to spend the evening with friends & family.

I like that its quiet. I like the weather. I like my home. It is nice to be so close to the beach. The yards are nicely maintained.

It is a nice small town that is growing and is great for families. There are stores and many parks around for bike riding and for kids to play in. The beach is close by to watch the waves. There are many restaurants that you can find anything you want to eat.

Right now we are still not overcrowded with stores. Its basically quiet in this neighborhood. We have easy on off the highway.

Most of my neighbors are decent people. For the most part, well maintained. Good restaurants are a short drive away and I like to dine out with family.
