      Walnut Creek Apartments consistently creates a wonderful environment that consistently fosters community. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and skilled, and management is kind and works diligently to make our complex the best place it can be.

      I have been living at Walnut Creek for almost a year and I love it! I was anxious about selling my home and moving to an apartment but I have found the transition so easy! The staff is excellent and responsive. The amenities are definitely a bonus. I never have to worry about anything! Need a new air filter... no problem, just pick one up at the office. Need a light bulb changed... no problem, just call the office or put in a work order on the resident portal. I literally want for nothing here! Beautiful landscape, lighted walking paths and sidewalks, accommodated parking for handicapped, private pool, gym and workout facilities, fenced in dog park... They even had a Christmas party for the residents last year! I have noticed no crime or disturbances of any kind!! Plus with management and maintenance residing on site response time is literally minutes! It's a great place for retirees that aren't ready for the "over 55" communities. Love it here!!

      Highly recommend! Ive been living here for a little over a year now and my little family loves it! Its quiet and cozy. We enjoy the amenities especially the pool, park and exercise areas! The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and quick in responding to anything we may need! Best apartments in Kokomo!

      We have enjoyed living here at Walnut Creek Apartments. The apartments are affordable and very well maintained. The amenities that are offered are a great perk. The pool is the best part. Never crowded and always clean! If you happen to have a maintenence issue, they are always prompt with their service. The ladies in the office are always willing to go above and beyond for their tenants. Just a great place to live, you won't be disappointed

      Great Staff, our 2-bedroom floor plan works well for us we our senior citizens. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, we love that feature.
