I cannot say enough good about my home. I love Amberwood Place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Kokomo area. Maintenance is awesome and the office staff is helpful and friendly. It is a quiet area and my neighbors are all great. Well worth the money! Owners are currently doing some beautiful upgrades to the area. Looks nice!

be very aware this place is not what it seems this is a warning to all. I don't have enough space to explain stay clear this is not a welcoming place . management is kind and maintenance is great. renters here it's like a living nightmare. trust what I'm saying
