Front desk people are liars, they do not follow through with promises. Paint stains with any liquid contact, noise is unbearable from both upstairs and outside (outside dryer vent is on a hinge so makes lots of noise) Rent keeps going up like crazy but nothing new offered. Lots of car's parking in lot without permit that they INSISTED I have 24/7. Like I said in first sentence front desk people are RUDE, no matter how nice you are they are rude rude rude. Mr Flahrety and Mr Collins only want your money and don't care about you as a tenant

I do not recommend anyone to live here. They are sales people and will tell you anything to get you to move in. They will call you and email you if you give them the info and keep bugging you but, I do not recommend moving in this place.

My neighbors across the hall are too noisy. The construction across the street is too noisy. The trash truck for the restaurant etc, is too noisy. The prices are too high.

Loved living here. The pool, and other amenities they have are the best. If I ever have to move back I will definitely lease there again.

Overall its a decent place to live. Its hard to find a good apartment in Kokomo. That being said I moved here sight unseen and figured I couldnt go wrong with luxury living and I was willing to pay a bit more for the title. When I arrived I noticed a lot of craftsmanship issues, appliance troubles, and leaky plumbing that affected my ceiling. The paint they decided to go with is visually appealing yet scuffs and stains with just the slightest of contact. The faux wood laminate flooring scratches easily and is uneven ( I live on the ground floor). You can tell the building was constructed fast and somewhat carelessly as the drywall doesnt meet up in some spots like it should and some of the cabinet trim was never nailed in place. The staff on the other hand has been great, they have handled all my maintenance issues without question and in a timely manner. The front desk personnel are top notch as well and always have a smile on their faces. Amenities are great and well kept. The two star deduction was unfortunately due to issues with craftsmanship and not with the employees/amenities.

I feel like some of the things in the apartment is made poorly, for example, the paint (when water splashes on it, it stains), the liner on the bar (came off), the bathroom drawers (one came off without any "aggressive" pulling), and the dishwasher is a little poor in cleaning.
