The Walcott Jeffersonville Apartments

I love living here. Very nice apartment. Close to restaurants and the Big Four Walking Bridge. The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and responsive to requests and needs.

The area is nice close to everything thing and has a new scenery. The office workers and maintenance team are great and knowledgeable

I would like to say that the apartments are nice, location great, however, we have been living here since June and still waiting on a maintenance service to fix the water issue that apparently not only my apartment but up to 30 apartments according to kaitlyn, is having the same issue that being said, we have a our own private wading pool every time it rains, where is maintenance it’s only been 4 months??

Perfect Living! I truly cannot say enough great things about the Walcott. From the staff to the amenities and everything in between is beyond exceptional! I’ve lived at “luxury apartments” all over southern Indiana and Louisville and none of them have compared to living here. Honestly, most of them have let me down significantly. The staff here is absolutely amazing, they’re always extremely helpful and are there for support that’s beyond their job. They listen to the residents wants and concerns and make changes accordingly. I haven’t experienced that at any of my other apartments. The community is also incredible, everyone is so kind and gets along so well. All of the residents are very friendly and we are always making new friends. The office even hosts happy hour outings and social events regularly which is great. I’ve been living here for about 6 months and I don’t have a single complaint. If you’re looking for ACTUAL luxury living the Walcott is the place for you. Beyond impressed!

Really nice apartment. Love the design and the fact that we were the first one to ever occupy this apartment, and use everything especially the dishwasher, washer and dryer.

I am so pleased that I moved here. My apartment is perfect. I could not ask for a better experience. Tyler Geary and his staff, Kaylin and Ray could not have been more helpful.

It is a very beautiful place! We have loved every part of it. The only downside is we were told free street parking was available and after we paid our deposit we were made aware it is not available and the only parking is to pay for their parking garage. Which is $75 for one car or $200 for two. It is a really nice place and everyone we've talked to has been extremely nice. Just disappointed about the advertising and last minute changes.

I can't say that I like or love this place. Due to the housing market we have to stay here longer than I like. There are cracks in the kitchen tiles, carpenter bugs everywhere, a crack in our wall, and the car garage entrance doesn't open all the time. We have put in requests after requests to get these things fixed and nothing has been done except spraying our apartment for those bugs that are still here My husband and I learned they never attached the dryer hoe vent to the dryer and our bedroom door won't close. I can smell weed every time someone is smoking it, the smell comes into our apartment. There is one staff member who is clueless on how to handle problems. Unfortunately we have to stay here a little longer which sucks.
