Black mold infestation, they put in work orders for repairs but never gets done, winters are cold, summers are hot when it's not fixed. My ac and heating hasn't been fixed in a year and a half, loud neighbors, police always being called. I'd rate this as a zero of I could. Good luck getting maintance to repair things because it won't happen.

I would recommend not living here. When I moved in the water was included I am just on disability the washer's never were the dryers Don't work Trust me you do not want to live here we used to be assigned one parking spot in the other and gasped if you had a second vehicle this place is really went down.

haven't moved in yet but the first impression is always the best. the entrance was dirty steps leading to apt was dirty. was told teens live in apt across from apt but would be moving soon. inside the apartment was roomy fits my needs. frig needed replacing but another walk through is coming. i've driven by different times of the day and night it seems quiet. apparently this unit had an electrical fire and work remnants over doorway showed it. just hope all is fixed now. hope to be able to give them that last star.

I would NOT recommend living here these apartments are OUTDATED AND NASTY. Laundry room is always dirty the washers & dryers hardley ever work and when they do they take your money and you don't get refunded.when we left there they wouldn't give our deposit or pet deposit back .And the only thing that was wrong were the drip pans on the stove. The lady who did the walk through with us said THIS WAS THE CLEANEST WALK THROUGH SHE HAD EVER SEEN!!

I am a professional who rented an apartment at Christopher's Crossing for my son with mental illness, so he would be near Wellstone. By two different office women, we were treated in a demeaning, condescending, and patronizing manner, talking down to me as if I was trash and stupid. I have a master's level education and teach college courses, by the way. Furthermore, when you move out, they charge as "damages" what should be customary maintenance items that THEY should take care of. I cleaned, dusted baseboards, mopped, scoured bathrooms, washed out refrigerator and freezer, and vacuumed the carpet, leaving it better than when I found it. Yet, they charged me $245 for "damages" to replace stove pans, clean carpet, and fix a towel rack coming off wall that was damaged when we moved in. Customary maintenance to prepare a unit for a new tenant does not warrant "damages". I would never recommend that anyone rent from this complex owned by Pinnacle Properties. The management would NEVER respond to any of my calls or questions either.
