I would give zero stars if possible. Management is rude, maintenance is horrible! Corporate is even worse! They enter your apartment whenever they please without warning. Also add ridiculous charges to your account. Never do any upkeep on the apartments. I could go on and on about them. Would definitely make my last resort to rent anything from them.
I have lived here for over a year, when I 1st moved in air conditioning stop working, but they came out and had it fixed and replace. I haven't had any problems with the staff. Shelly is a sweet heart and I only talked to Cas on the phone shes very nice as well. Robyn is a worker not a talker, but she does answer any questions I may have.People can say what they want but when you be nasty to someone dont expect for something to get done right away. Thats how life is. I asked for the ground to be clean and they done it. Any problem I have had was resolve.

I would give NO stars if I could. The ladies in the offices are nothing but rude and unprofessional. Ive had no AC for 4 weeks now and they wont take any money off my rent. NOT TO MENTION the heat wave we have going on. My apartment is reaching 97 and I cant live there any longer. I recommend you do not rent from pinnacle properties at all.
I went to view these apartments and found bugs inside, rotting wood on the patio, it smelled like midew and ciggarets before I even stepped inside. There was an open drain in the utility closet that had obviously been Jimmy rigged- maybe that's where the mildew smell came from? The woman who showed the property came off very rude when I said I couldn't handle the smell and called me honey, which I thought was increasingly rude. After that she wouldn't speak to me, I assume customer service is not a priority as she drove off in her company care before I had even gotten into mine. Instead of assuring me things could be cleaned she shifted the blame to me, making me feel as if my desire to live in a smokeless home was unheard of, and rolling her eyes at my questions and requests. Based off the her attitude alone I will not be back.
