Parkside Trace Apartments is located off of Hwy 62 & borders the Charlestown State Park property. It's a very quiet setting. It's not a huge complex like others I visited, so you feel more like a family not just an apartment #. There is plenty of parking & the maintenance folks keep it well salted / plowed during the winter months. I like having a central located trash compacting system instead of multiple dumpsters. They offer a variety of renting options to meet your needs!
I lived at Parkside Trace Apartments for little over two years (Nov 2013 - April 2016). The management was very polite, knowledgeable, and addressed any concerns I had. The maintenance team was always quick to address any problems that arose in my apartment, usually fixed within 1 to 3 days. I never had any safety issues either, management seems to weed most of the sketchy personnel out in the application process.
We have never had a problem with our neighbors, or with having any major disturbances. We love the whole community . Typically, when I email the office I get a response fairly quickly. We have lived there for three years. It started out amazing. I couldn't imagine living in any other apartment complex. As our family has grown, we are now on a Home search.
All of the people in the leasing office are professional and care about the property. One of the 3 agents lives on the premises.
