If you have a problem, management is impossible to get a hold of. I've been paying non-compliance fees for not submitting renter's insurance paperwork months after I submitted it. Since billing is all automated, if I don't play the non-compliance fee I'm charged a late fee. Apartments are also super drafty and it costs over $150/month in electricity to keep it at 64 degrees.
My stepson is looking for a place close to his job if possible can we meet Thursday to look at the apartment
I would not recommend living here. Not exaggerating, the maintenance does not answer their phone even for emergencies and it takes weeks to get anything fixed. I was without hot water for 2 weeks even with speaking to the incompetent leasing office agent my calls were constantly ignored. They are poorly insulated and the electric bills can be pricey. I have to take care of my own snow removal. It's a great spot in Irvington and affordable but you will be paying in other ways. I have called the district office for problems as well and get no response. Moral of the story it's a nice apartment and good spot but don't expect anyone to help with anything, you are on your own.
