VanRooy Properties Downtown staff was a joy to work with. From viewing multiple locations in order to select the best apartment to the maintenance staff that took care of things after I moved in. They always took the time to make sure everything was done right.

THEY ROACH INFESTED IN ! THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE, I COULD'NT WAIT TO BREAK MY LEASE TO GET OUT THIS APARTMENT, THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT A PET FEE AND SAID THEY DID'NT HAVE ONE , IT WAS AFTER I MOVED IN THAT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A $200 DEPOSIT , DON'T EVER MOVE INTO THESE , YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY ! NOTHING IS POSITIVE ABOUT THESE RAGGEDY APARTMENTS, IT JUST GETS ME SO FRUSTRATED I SPENT MY MONEY ON THIS ! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD , THEY DON'T DESERVE .05 STARS , ILL GIVE THEM A -5 STARS!
