Crime Rate is very, lots of drug activity.

I have been here since 3/8/19 and so far I have had no problems .. my ac went out and they came the same day to fix it, the ladies n the office are pretty nice sometimes u can tell if they are having a bad day but hey we are all human, I see the complaints about bugs and rodents but so far the only time I see a bug is it it comes in from outside while Im going out, the maintenance guys are great, and we havent had any issues feeling unsafe.

Unfortunately I currently live in these disgusting trash bag Apartments this is by far the worst experience in an apartment community I've ever had in my entire life I would never suggest anyone move here if I could I would stand out front of their office and tell people who were coming in to apply don't waste your money not only do the office staff have horrible unprofessional attitudes maintenance request never get fixed I had to end up calling the Board of Health on these apartments because of a leak that went on for months and was beginning to mold and mildew in my living room they finally come out on the day before date at the Board of Health supposed to come back and patched up the drywall and guess what it's still leaking I can't even call the office to discuss any issues because their office staff is so unprofessional the so-called assistant manager Britney has the worst attitude ever and even refused my rent after they found out that I call the Board of Health on them when I call and try to discuss issues and I'm still having they won't even answer the phone for me or they'll put me on hold for a long period of time my stove went out back in June still and they still haven't fixed it my closets have come off track they still haven't replaced those either also the hallway of my building constantly stinks and it's trash everywhere the people just throw their trash in the hallway and just say forget about taking it to the actual dumpster outside but the dumpsters outside are constantly over full and trash is all over the ground there's never any where to park you can't park in front of your apartment this is just by far the worst place I've ever lived my lease is up in November and I will be running out of these apartments do not move here do not waste your money this is not a game it's a For Real warning stay away from Timber Point

The worst apartment complex ever, the manager does not return any of you calls, they have rodents in the building, mice, racoons, bats you name, the building is always dirty, the maintenance does not answer services calls, was without AC for weeks. The police are always in the complex. The biggest mistake erver was moving to timberpoint
