Incompetent leasing/management department, repairs for heating took almost a month to complete. This was during some of the coldest days of the year as well. Front office staff are rude and condescending towards tenants. Constant construction noise.
Ive lived here for a year now and can say the apartment is perfect for what I was looking for. I live in a Cherry Blossom model. Pool (great view) and common areas are now finished, dog park has been upgraded. If Ive had a problem, its been fixed in a timely fashion. The office staff has been very helpful and approaching when Ive needed it. Not to mention, great location and a good price when Ive compared to surrounding apartments with less amenities to offer.
While JM is great to work with, he unfortunately left and the remaining office staff lack very basic professionalism. The building is poorly kept and the common areas are dirty. I've been living there for 13 months now and construction has been ongoing nonstop. Amenities are frequently closed, elevators non functional and gym not ventilated. With all this, the communication from the management and office workers is terrible. The apts are extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it.
If you are a pet lover and you don't mind dealing with dog poop and pee in common areas this would be the place for you.
There are way too many dogs in the community and not much being done in regards to cleaning the areas. Rent is overpriced for the amenities you get access to. The swimming pool is overcrowded and dirty at all times.
Constant power outages, fire alarms going off, and pushbacks on set dates for the construction going on. Even with all of these issues, have seen no apologies from management. When we moved in we had our fridge and dryer replaced multiple times. Not worth the price. Also, had an interesting conversation with one of the leasing agents on how if someone doesn't pick their produce packages up after a few days the person takes it so they "don't go to waste". Hmm.
