The Waverley Apartments

The maintenance staff is always polite and helpful. The location is perfect!!! The exterior of the building for the studio portion is not as pretty as the exterior for the original portion of the Waverly. It would be nice if every resident could have a garage or spot to park in the covered garage (or at least the opportunity to pay more for one of those spots). Most importantly, I have never questioned my safety anywhere on Waverly property (i.e., parking lot, my apartment).

VERY unsatisfied with the way my roommate and I were treated when we notified staff we were moving out. Staff was unhelpful and took majority of our deposit without explanation. Only said "additional cleaning costs."

The staff was not helpful.

It was expensive for Indianapolis. The apartment looked nice in a superficial way. Once living there it was easy to see it was just made to look nice, but cheaply made. For example, cabinet doors were falling off in brand new apartment within a couple months, as well as the "cherry wood" finish which was just painted to look that way.

I will never rent from any apartment owned by this ownership group. They treat you very poorly.

I haven't lived there in over 3 years. -Guest parking was the worst there...no room for quests and had to park on the gravel lot when I was living there. -Management was quick to respond and VERY friendly. -I enjoyed my time living there in the apartment.
