every month they change the staff....... no continuation from staff to staff. even you go to the office for an evidence or things like that. they tell you they don't know or they can't, because they are new. you did it with this staff, but we are that staff... The worst each new staff brings its new price. don't be surprised if today you pay X amount, next month you'll pay Y amount.

BAD PLUMBING. FREQUENTLY WHEN UPSTAIRS FLUSHED THEIR TOILET IT CAME UP IN THE KITCHEN SINK. WE WOULD HAVE TO BAIL OUT THE SINK AND DUMP IT IN THE BACK PARKING LOT. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF ANTS AS THE COMPLEX WAS BUIILT ON SAND, SOME SO SMALL YOU CAN HARDLY SEE THEM AND THEY GET ONTO EVERYTHING. I WAITED FOR NEW CARPET FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS BEFORE I COULD MOVE IN, IT NEVER WAS. I WALKED THE APARTMENT WITH A MAINTENENCE MAN MARKING ON A MAP ALL OF THE PLACES THAT WERE UNREPAIRABLE. I LIVED THERE TWO YEARS. AFTER I MOVED OUT I WAS CHARGED $450 TO REPLACE THE CARPET EVEN THOUGH WE BOTH HAD A COPY OF THE PREVIOUSLY STAINED CARPET. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE.

before they change management i was unhappy every time i had to contact them went in the office 01-29-21 notice different people in office i have to say it was pleasant dont know her name but she made me feel she was interest in helping me i feel you got it right now with people that care.

I moved here thinking this was a nice small community with a friendly staff. However Since I moved in I have had 2 bikes and my 10 year old grandson jumped and robbed by 3 bigger boys. I was told by other residents that 2 young ladies were robbed while waiting for the school bus. Then this past Saturday I woke up to my toilet being backed up and overflowing we tried to fix the problem ourselves but could not. So I called the office to ask for emergency maintenance the recording said someone would call me and get help out to me. It was almost an hour before I got a call in which I was told there was no on call maintenance for that weekend and it would take 5 to 6 hours before a plumber could come out. It took 8 hours for someone to come unclog my toilet even after I explained to staff that I had out of town guests and I had just under gone a heart procedure and could not get out to go to a public facility. I also left 2 messages for the office staff about the way our problem was handled, to this date 12 January 2021 not one person has addressed the issue. Not one person has even called me back to apologize or even acknowledge there was an issue. Very poor and management and customer service. I feel very disrespected.

The drainage/plumbing is old and pathetic. Much like the excuses you get when you have a problem. Do yourself a solid and don't bother
