The Preserve at Allisonville

When I moved in I was skeptical, but my friend convince me. And all I have to say is that my 2 year stay was phenomenal. With an old apartment comes few wear and tear issues that their staff took care. The office girls seem to be so caring and dedicated to the tenants. I was very pleased and happy to call that place home. My friend still lives there and is very happy too. We only moved out because we had the opportunity to buy a home and we jumped on it. We still refer friends to this community. Highly recommended.

The office staff has been PHENOMENAL ever since Mercedes left. They are very kind and considerate. Excellent customer service. They have great people skills and I feel comfortable going to them with any questions or concerns. Also, the maintenance staff is excellent and has been since we moved in here. It would be nice to update the gym. There should be fans and mirrors and better work out equipment available. Lawn care could also improve.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THE SEEMINGLY NICE APARTMENT TOUR!!! THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST DECISIONS IVE MADE AND IVE TRIED SO HARD TO BE REASONABLE FOR MONTHS. Maintenance.... timely but mediocre. Everything is fine by putting a bandaid over a major issue. AC lines have frozen multiple times, leaking into the living room from AC pulling up the wood flooring which is glorified cardboard laid over CONCRETE. Management has changed from Wilkinson to PMR and so far Ive had equally horrible customer service, except at least with Wilkinson I could reach someone by phone. Theres are my major issues with the complex although I could write a thesis paper on why you should not live here.

I lived on the property for two years and I loved it. I decided to buy a home recently and moved. The newest manager Tiesha is very nice and very professional and has helped me anytime I had an issue on the property. The maintenance team is great as well. There are a ton of renovations happening on the property at this time and everything looks great. I would recommend staying at The Preserve.

My apartment was not ready upon move in. I have been living in my apartment for just about 6 months now. Maintenance have been in and out of my apartment since day one and every month thereafter, needless to say; I am still having maintenance issues. I want what I am paying for like any other resident. They charge you a fee for water, sewage, trash, pest control, and processing fees based on the number of people in the home as long as the person is over age 1 which doesn't make sense to me. Insulation is another issue as well as parking. I will not be renewing my lease here unless they perform a miracle of some sort. It's definitely not worth the money. Renters beware.

DON'T DO IT! I had problems from the moment I moved in. The shower leaked into the living room I called and called. They send someone and it never got fixed. Everyday the apartment appeared to be falling apart. The maintenance man at the time did not know what he was doing. Went a 6 months without hot water it would run out after being in the shower for 5 minutes not enough time to wash my hair. It took them 6 months of me complaining about not having hot water, before they believe me that the hot water tank was going out. Finally they send someone to change it out. There was and out brake of ants that took over every ones apartments that they charge us to have pest control come out and spray and the ants never went away. I had mold in the living room carpet due to the leaking shower that they never fix. They would put a band aid on things. Kitchen sink leaked from day one and it was a brand new sink from what they told me. the parking is insane! DON'T DO IT!
