Contemplating to move to oasis apartment

This place is very money hungry!! If you dont pay the rent by the 1st of the month you are charged a $50 late fee along with $10 dollars and $10 dollars daily. They do not work with you at all and quickly set up a court date to evict you!! Dont be late or it will be impossible to catch up. Also, apartments are renovated but very poor quality and rush job, hallways are not up kept, food and trash everywhere!! Not a good place to stay! I do not recommend these apartments!!

Things Are Improving at Hidden Oaks. I was delighted to see my building get cleaned on the outside and re-painted on the inside. The grounds are looking better than ever before and they have a new maintenance person to help out. The Manager is working hard to make Hidden Oaks a better place and I will surely be renewing my contract.

I was looking for a new apartment home and I stopped by the community to take a look. I thought the model apartment I toured was decent and completed an application, I did have some concerns as I drove through the community however upon entering the office and seeing a Property Manager Ms. Dee there that I had at a former property for over 5 years at a previous community I lived in for over 10 years I knew I was in the right place because her heart is in making sure residents are taken care of. I was comfortable with what the community had to offer and look forward to moving in soon.

These are the WORSE apartments I have EVER lived in in my life, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! It has not been a home since I moved here 2/1/19, and I am anxiously waiting to either get a job out of state, or my lease to be up so I can get out of these nasty, roach infested apartments. I could tell you so much more, but I would probably hurt the office staff's feelings. Move in at your own risk!
