Do not move here. When I moved in over a year ago there was a pile of junk on the balcony. I was told that it would be taken care of. A year later it is still there. This past summer I called because my air conditioner wasnt working. Again I was told that someone would be out to look at it. I called 10 times and nothing was ever done. They do not care for their residents, only your money.

I gave this place one star. After I applied and couldn't get in contact with the office I decided to walk in. The apartment I applied for was not the floor plan I viewed. While in the office and the person is checking my application, her coworker was applying for the apartment as well, and both of us were shown the apartment. I asked if my application would go through being as though her coworker applied, was told no. I checked my application daily and it kept saying waiting on other applicants, which I found fishy. To sum it up, my application was denied. I hope her coworker is happy that she was able to get the apartment. Big disappointment with this and just about every other place collecting high application fees. Shame on all of you!

Doesn't do maintenance. Can't contact office after you have moved in. Super nice when you're trying to move in but nothing after that. Poop in toilets and smeared on walls in laundry room.

Lived here 2 years just moved this year couldnt take it anymore, infested with mice, management is plain trifling. Most of the residents are nasty and trifling ugh. Just a nightmare once youre inside.. I only gave a star because it made me.

The apartments are very spacious, however that's the only good thing about them. I've lived here for 4 years and things just seem to get worse. I had issues with my unit on move in date, they have since changed companies. Updated units...looks nice but its still crappy. I hear gun shots often like it's New Year's Eve. They installed cameras which probably don't work. They once had security, they got rid of them about a year ago. You can't get in touch with the office and if your lucky enough to no one seems to know anything. They also have issues with bugs. I'm looking for a different place to move now. This is the ghetto!!!

- Glendale: If you like being close to the city but keeping things a little quieter, look at Glendale. It's close to Broad Ripple village, but much more like a suburb than part of the city. If you have or want a family, this is a good place to look.
- Fountain Square: Fountain Square feels vintage. Not necessarily old, but just the right mix of buildings, shops, and restaurants that feel like they're calling back to an older time.
- Allisonville: Similar to Glendale, Allisonville is good for families. With great schools and a quieter atmosphere, it's a great choice for families who want to keep the city close but not live in the middle of it.
- Old Northside: This is where you find the mix of historical and modern day. Full of homes varying from sprawling mansions to small but nice, you can find all sorts here. There are also several cultural events throughout the year, so keep an eye out for anything that might interest you.
