    Great location - walking distance to Mass Ave and Georgia St. Additionally, the staff is very friendly.

    I can say nothing but good about Richard W. and Shekia W. I moved my mother into these apartments because I’m bicoastal purely outside of the beautiful layout, high vaulted ceilings, the art deco style with lot of modern mix, spacious bedrooms, and common living space but the energy of Richard when we applied. His persistency and determination to give 5 diamond services to each and every applicant which continues as one because a resident of the Maxwell. Living in Los Angeles majority of the time due to work Richard and Shekia have been extremely communicative and supportive with making my mom feel at home. The common residential space clean to passing my white glove inspection. Friendly neighbors even though I can be in a bit of a haste! Nice gym setup and area you can block off to entertain for an event with outdoor space. Also location for the price, wow! You can’t beat that for the 5 diamond service receive. Also feels intimate and not a complex the size of a mall. Now recovering from an injury to my right arm and a hit and run by a motor vehicle on my bike. I have experienced that in person. I couldn’t have chose a better place to live then the Maxwell. Next step from here is to purchase mom a house in the area. It will be hard to leave this place. Thank you not just from a resident, a son, but also a combat veteran. Makes me proud to see people wake up everyday and give 1000% at their job. To each and every person of all backgrounds. P.S. the maintenance team has been extremely communicative, hardworking, and polite as well. This is new dealing with an entire building staff being on point giving 5 diamond service. Thank you again. Respectfully, The Resident.

    Moved into the Maxwell in April of 2022. I waited to give a review for a few months so that I could give a more thorough review of the Maxwell apartments. I have to say that I really do love it here. The management team was so responsive and kind throughout the entire moving in process. The apartments are really beautiful and spacious. We've had no issues with noise level and everyone is super friendly. The maintenance team is also quick to respond when ever there is an issue. Love the Maxwell and would recommend to anyone looking for a great downtown Indy apartment!
