The AC has been out for almost 3 weeks and I'm bugging them almost daily to fix it. I have infants and small children and it was over 80 in the apartment. Now, we found cockroaches. Why am I paying so much for this dive?

After one year I decided to renew my lease, love the changes they made at the complex security comeras and now installing gates The staff are very friendly and helpful Love the fact that they speak Spanish

I can see so many changes here. We are gated, they remodeled the clubhouse, work out room and have new cameras. The girls in the office are so fun and nice and make sure I get what I need. I just renewed my lease after putting in a notice to vacate. I think another year may be a good thing!

They recently got rid of all the maintenance techs, and office staff. I am happy they kept Rachel. The new leasing agent seems nice and the property manager has helped me with rent. Hopefully they continue to make a great impact on the property. So far so good.
