This place is horrible. I have had my car stolen, my packages taken several times, men knocking on my window. My son has been threatened by grown men. There is never any hot water.

Roaches and mice, maintence requests simply get marked as completed without anyone ever stepping foot inside the apartment, having hot water is a coin toss, the urgent maintence line is a joke, and the office never answers their phone. Do not move here. This place is absolutely fine with letting their residents go literal days without hot water while they shop around for plumbers.

This is the worst apartment that I have ever stayed in. They are very unprofessional and never return calls. They have very bad pest and mice problems. They are also not clean about the landscape. Not to mention the hallways do not smell good at all due to the neighbors and maintenance. I highly would not recommend getting a place here it was the worst experience of my life. The only thing I see helping the pest and mice problem is tearing down the whole apartment complex and rebuilding with new owners and new office workers.
