I love the Grove, it is a very nice community! They are doing so many improvements and renovations to the property!

The Connect Apartment Homes is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I do not recommend living here. On my move in day, my apartment was very unclean, the door knob was missing and wasn't move in ready. The staff asked me if I could wait a few days. I drove to Indianapolis from 4 hours away with all my belongings and didn't have anywhere to go. I had to stay in the model apartment for 3 days. This was very stressful as I started a new job the next day. I didn't receive the key to my mailbox for 3 weeks after moving in. I have never been able to reach the staff via phone. I have left voicemails with my name and phone number to reach me back and never heard back from the staff. The shared laundry room is filthy. The washing machine floods the room every time you use it. The dryer doesn't dry your close. The rent is being raised and they have made no efforts to make living here better. The only thing I have noticed is that they added new mulch to all the landscaping. Yeah, it looks nice, however, the parking lots are still littered with potholes, the washers and dryers do not work, and you can't get hold of the staff via phone.

One mployee does not respond to calls or texts. If your inquiry is not going to make them money, she will treat you rudely. I only got an answer to my question by going into the office. Unprofessional.

Absolutely DON'T MOVE HERE... IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND NOWHERE TO PARK EVER... OR IF YOU WANT MOLD AND NON WORKING AOR AND APPLIANCES OLD CARPET... WANT TO CUT YOUR OWN GRASS NOT SEE OVER THE BUSHES ....AND A LONG LIST OF OTHER CRAP THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU...
