Spacious rooms, closets, and living spaces. The staff is very inviting. The neighborhood is very family friendly and they have events for the community which is a nice change.

Let me put this short: DO NOT LIVE HERE. AC breaks in the summer, water heater constantly breaks, mouse infestation, losing checks for rent, and then the worst communication skills I have ever seen. Even after moving out, they never told me I had remaining charges (and never gave the security deposit back) and then the charge to collections, ruining my credit score. This is a terrible place to live.

Absolutely terrible communication. These people do not answer their phones. Literally just called like 10 times trying to obtain info and no one answered. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills.

3 minutes ago If I could give 0 stars I truly would. My family and I moved in Aug 2019 and it has been the most frusterating living experience I have ever dealt with. We are paying for the "renovated" apartment and yet everything is falling apart. The smell in this apartment has been an issue we have tried to get management to fix since mid August. (Not to be gross, but it smells like rotting flesh.) They sent a company out once and the smell still stayed. Hasn't been looked at since. My husband or I have been calling at least once a week to try to get screens put in our windows so we can at least air out the place. We are told maintenance will be out in a day or so and they never show. To list a few other issues, broken sinks, broken washing machines in the common areas, ants. I can almost deal with all those problems but to pay $965 a month to be assaulted by the smell every day I walk in from being out is ridiculous

So far the management is terrible!!! They don't follow up with residents and you have to call them to follow up and resolve an issue that you already spoke about.
