    Dont count on getting your security deposit back. I basically scrubbed and vacuumed and licked the entire apartment clean and still lost more than 50% of my deposit. I made little to no damage on the walls being cautious not too hang heavy things but that didnt matter. The Coil will make sure you pay every cent down to the penny. Otherwise, it was a good place to live. Convenient having Fresh Thyme underneath. Dont live in the apt viewing College Ave bc the grocery store fans will be a constant annoyance. Its a pretty quiet community. Good for people that work early and have long shifts.

    Really good apartment and loved the location. Being above a fresh thyme was fantastic. Loved being close to the Monon trail as well.
