      Don't even waste your time they take to long on maintenance request and they don't care how clean or even if everything works before you move into the apartment. I rent a two bedroom on a bottom floor and every time it rains to heavy water gets in they still haven't even tried to contact me about fixing it...then there is a mouse and roach problem they are aware of but still haven't tried to even fix either.
