They have a massive beg big probably. They do not feel they have to tell tenants of this issue and that its not their place to take care of it.

Please understand extermination issues are few and far between at our community. We have professional exterminators on contract to visit our site every week. We encourage residents to report any concerns they may have immediately and we are here to help. Apts are dirty in the hallways and office staff will promise everything and deliver on nothing they promise. They have serious parking issues,
