Assuming the recently remodeled units are pretty nice this could be a five-star. However, if you are in one of the units that are not remodeled, expect linoleum, loud appliances, and the typical look of an apartment that's 40 years old. There are a lot of dogs, a lot of geese and all the waste that one would expect in a lot more. Stay out of the grass. The pool is very nice. The neighbors are quiet. Grocery store drug store Walmart all sorts of stores are very convenient and walkable that's a big plus.
