This place is the worst, they never fix anything. A year with no a.c. that THEY broke and they clear out work orders claiming they thought things were fixed with literally 0 attempt at actually fixing it. Do not move here

I have a friend who moved in her a few months ago and has nothing but issues. I was thinking about moving in but i don't think so now.. They have called so many times about all of there issues and still nothing has been done. The kids in there neighborhood are out of control and the property manager does nothing. They are scared to write a review or keep complaining in regards to creating more issues or having back lash from the lady that runs the office , who clearly only cares about her paycheck and not her residents..

we have mice, and no one seems to be that worried about it. I went months with out a decent hot shower because they did not want to correct the problem properly. I have had things (minor things) come up missing, when pest control comes by. the late fees are ridiculous especially since they charge a lot to pay rent online. The corporate office is just as bad, they dont care. They just want the rent on time. Neighbors are terrible.

I was moved into a new apartment recently because a damaged door was unable to be repaired. Rain water profusely poured into my apartment for months. Now in the new apartment, three days in and my hot water has yet to be turned on and the master bedroom bathroom is currently flooding. Water is leaking by the gallons and they are not answering their phones or doing anything to help. All I have heard is "the plumber will be there today" for the last three days... The employees just leave and clock out for the day when residents apartments are vigiouresly flooding. It's insane and I'm getting ready to call landlord lawyers as well as the local news.
