Solana Apartments At The Crossing

My suggestion is don't move here! My spouse and I moved here in September 2023. In 4 months we have had the drains back up twice, each time with FECES backing up in both our bathtubs! My spouse kept telling them their main line must be clogged because of all the gargling noises the toliets made BEFORE this happened, but to no avail. The first time the back up happened, we had to argue with the female manager to get a plumber here because we had called their call service that night and no one had come - meaning that we had been without toliet facilities for more than 8 hours! Rather than listen, she initially spent her time telling us that they had a procedure to follow and that we were on the list. Knowing that maintenance have a lot of units to service and they are not always able to come the first day you put in a request, we knew we had to be a priority otherwise we would live with the unsanitary conditions of poop in our tubs, the ensuing stench, and unable to use the toliet for another whole day. We needed it to be urgent; but we had to argue the severity of the situation before she would make us a priority. We are on the bottom floor, so everyone's crap flows down to us, the stench is foul-smelling, and the conditions are unsanitary; because of this, I think it unsafe for us to live here. Add to the fact that the walls seem paper thin, and your neighbor's music and TV shows will become yours to listen to whether you want them to or not. Also, because the main floors have some sort of laminate and not carpet that can soften the transfer of noise, you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor move a chair in the dining area; the scraping sound is jarring, and every footstep made (or run from a child) sounds like thunder. These units are priced as luxury units, but my experience is decidedly not! F. Price

The renovations and maintenance are sometimes communicated to residents, but is usually inaccurate or nonexistent. The paint that they are racing to put down is so cheap that the sun has ruined part of it before they even finished the whole job because its taken 2 months and is still on going. They seem incapable of the smallest amount of curiosity communications, and nobody ever answers the phone in the office. They sure can hand out those daily trash citations.

Absolutely beautiful apartment homes. Closet space is not optimal, but they are definitely luxury apartments.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are expensive ran down apartments!! The maintenance and upkeep is very poor! For the price I feel we should get the luxury they cut corners on all repairs. First day I moved in I had to pay pest control for fleas in carpet because they refused to, bathroom toilet wasn't working and still not working they came out and still did not properly fix it, carpet old and ran down refused to replace, kitchen oven didn't work for months, dryer didn't work for months. They are full of apologies and no actions. Fridge had dents should've been replaced and cabinets was glued together from previous tenants broken!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The new management is absolutely wonderful and has gotten so much better from a personal & professional perspective. They are very helpful & have high expectations of their associates and are very dedicated to the residents. Highly recommend!!
