      Great area! You will be close to the Keystone mall, broad ripple, Carmel and an easy drive to downtown.

      The renovations and maintenance are sometimes communicated to residents, but is usually inaccurate or nonexistent. The paint that they are racing to put down is so cheap that the sun has ruined part of it before they even finished the whole job because its taken 2 months and is still on going. They seem incapable of the smallest amount of curiosity communications, and nobody ever answers the phone in the office. They sure can hand out those daily trash citations.

      Absolutely beautiful apartment homes. Closet space is not optimal, but they are definitely luxury apartments.

      DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are expensive ran down apartments!! The maintenance and upkeep is very poor! For the price I feel we should get the luxury they cut corners on all repairs. First day I moved in I had to pay pest control for fleas in carpet because they refused to, bathroom toilet wasn't working and still not working they came out and still did not properly fix it, carpet old and ran down refused to replace, kitchen oven didn't work for months, dryer didn't work for months. They are full of apologies and no actions. Fridge had dents should've been replaced and cabinets was glued together from previous tenants broken!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

      The new management is absolutely wonderful and has gotten so much better from a personal & professional perspective. They are very helpful & have high expectations of their associates and are very dedicated to the residents. Highly recommend!!
