The marijuana smells give me a headache day and night I am too old for this and ready to move because of it!

horrible place beware its all lies there is no bus no clubhouse no actives they do not care about the people living there. drinking and smoking in the lobbies . fights all the time trash every where floors that was teared up do to slab leeks not fix just go there and talk to the people and you will see. and the staff wow none of them know what the are doing the maintenance staff A JOKE cleaning staff good person loved her

Property is rundown. A few cosmetic changes since new owners took over Dec. '19. Residents who chose to stay after sale have been taken advantage of as in outrageous rent for little in return. Not impressed with new owners based in Florida. Communication is poor, laundry rooms & machines are filthy, what seems to be serious water issues frequently, what is sold as "central air/heat" is a joke. I used to feel somewhat safe here, that is no longer the case. It is loud, smoky, & a lot of foot traffic of folks who obviously are not 55+. I had high hopes new owners would turn property around & help make it a home for those of us that stayed, those hopes are quickly fading. Do not recommend Serenity Manor. Very sad.

Hello serenity Manor, I've been told by friend, management of serenity M. Not so up to date been year since came. Only place looks nice is main entrance area. I'm not sure this place good enough for me. Only one worker there seeing to all apartments and recreation just not right for me. And loud and nosey, not very upkept there. Needs better attention. Unknown

Well, it's not as better as you said last December of 2019. It would be. Terrible. Some tenants say. Sorry.
