DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The apartment is old and haphazardly updated, the tile in the bathroom shower flakes off and gets in my hair, and they replaced my bathroom countertop and left a bunch of ripped up drywall (which I am still waiting on repairs for after 2 weeks). Also I have been waiting 2 months for my bathroom to be repainted, the building laundry room is not properly ventilated and has gross peeling paint everywhere as a result, ants are getting in my fireplace, part of the kitchen cabinet is separated from the wall and they say its fine, and god forbid you live below anyone because the floors are so thin you can hear people walking like they've strapped bowling balls to their feet. It takes talking to multiple people to get a maintenance request in and even then it takes a few tries. I would break my lease but I cant start another 12 month lease somewhere due to time-constraints, and THAT IS THE ONLY REASON IM STILL AT THIS MESS.
Overall the staff is very friendly and has great customer service.
The apartments are great
This place is a JOKE!!! If you like being lied to and being locked in to a one sided lease this is the place for you. The only contractual language enforced by the management are those that generate them revenue.
Parking: There is never any parking for those who come home after about 9p, due to their refusal to enforce the parking provisions in the lease. The only parking typically open is a carport space but if you park there you will come out to a towed vehicle.
Maintenance: They are slow and love to blame the tenant for wrong doing even though their buildings, plumbing, etc. are 50+ years old. We had three water leakes that were addressed weeks after the fact, we were told sorry they were short staffed. The still, 2 months later, have addressed the mold from a leak in our 2nd bathroom. We had four lights out in our apartment/ patio and it took them a month to replace them. Again we were told about their short staffing and the maintenance man stated light bulbs weren't high on the priority list. Our water heater has crashed three times, the last time it blew the power to our whole unit, they just keep putting a bandaid over an old faulty water heater.
Lawn Care/ Pest Care: They will tell you they spray for bugs. However, if you live in the areas lining the woods you will find that they spray the entry side of the building but not the backs. In the summer time you can forget about using your patio due to the sheer amount of spiders that take over. I hope you love ants, your kitchen will be full of them and management will just suggest that you buy any houses. Another contributor to the bug problem is the fact that lawn care doesn't care for the backs of the buildings that line the woods. Their is tall grass and weeds, some even higher than the AC units.
Trash: You have to take your trash to one of two compactors on the property, not the issue. The issue is that they claim if you leave trash outside of the compactor you will be charged. However, on Saturday/
