I have lived here for 11 years and absolutely love it! Quiet neighborhood..clean and well kept, manager and office staff and maintenance people great..quick responses to requests.never have to wait long to get an issue taken care of. Hallways cleaned regularly too..makes entering very nice.cant say enough good things about living here.

I have been a resident of River Road Apartments for several years now and have loved every minute of it! Any and all issues I have had were handled in a timely and professional manner. I plan to stay with River Road for many years to come!

The rudest and most unfriendly office staff I have ever encountered in my 35+ years of living in apartments. Outdated appliances that are safety hazards, and good luck getting anyone to come to your apartment for maintenance repairs! Save yourself a major headache and find another apartment complex to rent from.

This place is a disaster. Stay away.

I have lived here for going on 6 years now. Quiet neighborhood, amazing lake views, beautiful property. Maintenance staff is great, and always gets my requests completed in a timely manner.

I love how quick the maintenance is the same day always and how nice the front office people are everytime also the view is amazing and people are really nice here. It's just a really great place to be.

Wow, I just went to ask if they had an apartment available, and the person who took care of us was so cute, so polite and explains things to you well, those stars are for her, I hope I can get an apartment with them because a person like her even makes me want to stay my daughter who went with me was also delighted with that woman's education thank you very much

Shout out to Jordan a maintenance worker here, he came in very professional, and fixed our sink, since there was horrible leak. Thank you so much my guy !!

I’ve lived here for seven years. The staff are helpful and courteous, neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. It’s a safe haven within the city limits and close to shopping and entertainment

Sharon was sooooo sweet and professional. I didn’t choose to go with these apartments but I still felt the need to give her props. If you’re looking to lease an apartment here please work with Sharon. She was amazing and very personable. I missed a couple follow up calls from her and she sent a thank you card in the mail. She really brightened my day. 😊
