Whether you call it the Tyler or the Ralston, this apartment complex is still awful. They do not care about their residents. The recent renovations have been terrible for anyone living here. I signed a 12-month lease with my friend for a 2 bedroom and we now are being separated because they don't have another 2 bedroom to move us into. They have a three bedroom available but we aren't allowed to move into it. The units they are moving us into have fewer amenities and are less than half the size of the old unit. When I talked to the management about this, Tara had me email her about my concerns, I called back 3 days later for an update and my email magically didn't reach her. I asked for her boss's email since she was blowing off my concerns and magically Monday morning she responded to my email. This move has caused enormous amounts of stress because I don't have the money or the time to replace all the items that my roommate and I share. they offered my roommate and I 25 a month, but that won't even cover the cost of the single community washer and dryer Ill now have to use since the smaller units they are having us move into don't have them.

This place is very bad, the walls are paper thin, i can hear everything. And theirs always cops walking around inside.

This place is absolute crap. Everything here is broken and won't be fixed or replaced for about 1 month. The hallways are just disgusting and embarrassing to even bring someone in here to visit. Staff here is rude and basically all college students and don't know how to help someone. Seriously 0/10 reccomend.
