    I recently moved into one of your newly renovated apartments and they are beautiful. I love the view of the lake and location is perfect to almost everything that I do in the city. The biggest reason I chose this property is because of the office staff. They are always smiling and friendly. Keep up the great work!

    I recently transferred to a one bedroom upgraded apartment. Upon move-in I found a few small maintenance issues that were missed. Lennell the maintenance technician came over and repaired them swiftly and timely. He was very respectful and helpful. I appreciate him assistance. If you are looking for a new home you should check out Pier 39 Apartments & Townhomes.

    This is the worst place I've ever lived. My water bill for 1bedroom is never less than $50.I always pay between $50 and $70 a month for 1 bedroom. My cousin's water bill for 2 bedrooms vary from $60 to $120 a month.And the always shout down the water in water in the whole property for hours and several times in a week. Am moving out.The ladies in the leasing office,but there is a reason why none of them don't live here.Am finding a way to move out. You can't save money living here

    I have been a resident for a little over 6months and have seen 3 property managers no one is ever on the same page and the maintenance is horrible
