I just moved out of the 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome in June 2023. At the time I was paying about $1150 in rent and thought it was too much for the apartment I lived in. When I moved in I had broken shelves in the kitchen that had been set up to look like they weren't broken, broken smoke detectors on both the 1st and 2nd floor, a broken window that I had been told would be fixed before move-in, a broken storage door full of bugs and spider webs, no curtain rod for the shower, ripped or just missing screens for the windows, and a broken patio door. The office staff, Jasmin and Catherine, were extremely rude and lied about multiple things, including my roommate having to pay pet fees for his service dog (they actually tried to evict us for this even though they had been given the information; we ended up just paying the $250 to avoid dealing with the problem even though it's actually illegal). Also got an eviction notice for not picking up after said service dog despite them having no proof because none of the tenants I saw walking with their pets picked up after them. Also the trash was always overflowing to the point we had coyotes move into the complex for the free garbage buffet. Hated this place. Wasn't worth $1000, and it definitely isn't worth $1500.

I spoke with some of the tenants and decided this place is a complete disaster waiting to happen. Bad management and horrible maintenance practices. Should never have to wait on a part for a dishwasher for 2 months. Install a new one. Mold in bathrooms. Hidden fees if you complain. Office staff that would rather kick you out then fix things. Raising rent? No thanks I will pass on this community.

Me and my family have lived at Woods Edge For three years now. The management is wonderful. Very understanding of situations and reasonable in price. Maintenance is great as well. Really gets the job done. Apartments are nice as well, lots of options to really customize how you want your home to look. I plan on living here for many years to come!

The management staff is an absolute joke here. They do not care about anyone. Maintenance staff are nice but not very qualified and it takes forever to get anything done. We had multiple MAJOR leaks in the winter that were not properly addressed which lead to mold in our walls. The rent is overpriced and the amenities are slim to none. You are ONLY paying for location. On-site gym has ONE working machine, and instead of fixing or replacing anything, they decided to spend money on wallpaper. They are way more focused on getting new residents than taking care of current ones. I hated every second of living here.
