When i firsts moved in it was great but that was 10/20/20 . They werent the worst but definitely dont have the stuff shown on this app in the pictures but they okay if needed

This place is ridiculous and I would love to find out who owns them and how to get in touch with their corporate office so I could report some things that are going on and how they treat their tenants.

Do not move into these Apartments, the living conditions are horrid. This is a classic example of complex flipping every 7 years. This is one of the worst, most notorious complexes on the West Side. Dont believe me...download the Citizen app.

Let me start by saying that I moved here on 6/15. Today is 7/17 and I still do not have a working oven or microwave. Maintenance has been here twice. Both times I was told they would be repaired or replaced. Nothing, so far. Also, if you run into an issue with your bank account and get an NSF on your rent, don't wait for them to contact you to rectify it. The day after they write the letter is the day they tell you to pay with no late charges. The problem is that they tell you it has to be done by 9am, but you get the letter and additional charges, with a threat of eviction at 7:30pm. So it's too late to avoid the charges. I don't deny there was an NSF. But, the timing is questionable. And what about my stove and microwave?

I lived there about 12 years ago. My daugther wanted to see where we lived when i came home from the hospital with her. So not being there for so long i decided to take her by our old apartment. She was like omg mom we lived here. I smiled and said yes but it didnt look this bad.. The windows were all borded up. Back patios.. And front doors all borded up.. Trash and tree branches all over the ground. Confetti on the doors and inside of the entry ways.. It looked rough.. I dont think id let a stray dog live there. I was very embarrassed to have at 1 time called that my home.. So sad the way its been ran down...lots of empty apartments that people could really use to call a home...just crazy..

I would def not recommend these apartments the office staff do not get on maintence issues in a timely manner at all my toilet was broke for almost an entire month before they finally replaced it smh then didnt even take anything off our rent for that month also theres bugs and they said they were spraying several different times and never did
