Absolutely love living here, can't imagine not sitting on my patio every day.

The worst experience ever. I have been lied to countless times. But what I am experiencing now is beyond belief. From Sunday 7/11 to Friday 7/16i have had to have my carpet extracted 3 times do to water pooling outside my apartment. The downspout feel in May and was never fixed as I requested on 5/6. It was finally put back on Wednesday 5/14 and fell with all the rain on 5/15. Spoke to a new person in the office today who makes the same promises as everyone else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property!!!!

I have lived her many years now and just renewed again, thats how much I love it here. Our new management is awesome, trying to work with our needs on a daily basis, We have a very hard working maintenance team, one that you can also trust. I love our pool, its one of the best amenities, We also have corn hole, chess and a pergola with grill being built as I type. Drama free apartments, the sizes are nice with great pricing. Come check us out! You wont be disappointed

Highly recommend oak park . Ive lived here 4yrs. This place a hidden gem to say the least. With our huge flirt plans and upgrades . Previous management went so far. With our new management they def want to make this place into what its potential is . We have Kory and amber on our team here and theyre awesome! They truly care about each of our residents needs and acknowledge youre concerns if any . Im happy to call oak park my home !

Maintenance decides to come and go as they please no matter if they have appointment or not. Also, they come before 9 (which is not allowed) AND as a young woman I dont appreciate a grown man walking in and out of my apartment without knocking!! Dont recommend, and VERY unhappy

I agree that they don't even deserve 1 star. That's being generous! We woke up today to a bathtub full of sewage! Fourth time since we moved in. You cannot use the heat or air conditioning whenever you want because they turn them on at a certain time of the year. So if it's 80 degrees in November or 40 degrees in May you're SOL. We can't close any of our doors because they have so much paint on them that you can't get them back open. The oven is so old and burns everything and is too small to put more than one item at a time in it. They put a thermostat in it and said it was fixed but it's not. The water coming out of the bathroom sink faucet always smells like sewage. Parking is terrible and my car has been towed for parking somewhere when there was nowhere else to park. Noise is beyond belief here and management does nothing about it. Rent keeps going up and these problems still exist. I would move out today but my husband ruined my credit. Two points on the plus side - they are bigger than most apts and they allow pets.
