Will tow your car, your visitor's cars, or any car without a permit. Even if you get the car sunday night and go to get the permit monday morning, they will tow your car. The staff had no understanding at all even with proof of sale. No guest pass parking, so if you have a guest they will likely tow their car. Floor was filthy upon move in and made everything we brought in dirty and covered in filth. I live on the 3rd floor and had an ant problem. They never clean the stairwells. This has gone from a very nice looking apartment complex to a very dingy looking place. But I guess the apartment itself is nice, everything works as it should, neighbors seem quiet. I would just love for management to have a better parking system (there is no sign saying by permit only).

I just moved into my new place at Monon Lofts and love it! Maribel and Robert are great, plus my apartment looks perfect at move in!

Over priced !!! small !!! balconys are not even put up makes the apartment look cheap
