I'd highly recommend living here. The location is great, being just minutes away from Broad Ripple Ave and a short drive from downtown. It's a quiet area with TONS of green space. I never have issues noisy neighbors either. The older buildings mean the walls aren't paper thin, so you actually do have some privacy, but recent renovations give the place a modern feel. The open floor concepts make the apartments feel much bigger than they actually are. The front office staff is great too; they happily answered any questions I had both prior and during my move in date. I would highly recommend living here!

I am moving into Marcy Village Apartments in August into one of the new renovated units and I cannot wait. The application process was so quick and easy and working with Karlie has been great. She has kept me up to date with the renovation process which I appreciate so much. I'm looking forward to all the amenities coming to Marcy Village... especially pickle ball! I can't wait to move there in August.

While the layout of the rooms seems nice at first, I would not under any circumstances, recommend Marcy Village. First thing, MOLD, SO MUCH MOLD. It was obviously inside the walls and the windows were not properly installed. We kept reporting it and all they did was throw some kilz over it and call it a day. Marcy village touts their new renovations, but the reality is that the units are poorly renovated. The paint peeled stained and cracked in less than a year cuz they insist on using the same cheap non mold resistant paint in every room, including the bathroom, which also had a corner of fully exposed drywall at the base of the tub. And how much was the electric bill for a two bedroom apartment? Nearly 400$!!! Van Rooy properties genuinely does not care if their apartments make you sick, so long as they get paid. If you rent there, just know that there is a very good chance you will get tossed through the same circus we had to put up with. If the department of health literally saying, this space is a health violation, does nothing, than I cant imagine what will, without spending more cash than we can afford. I mean it, we just got a report from the health inspector. Heres what they said: On January 30, 2023, an inspection was made at the above referenced property. The inspection revealed conditions that are in violation of Chapter 10 of the Code of the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana. You are hereby notified to correct each violation listed below on or before 3/3/2023 except as otherwise set forth. Failure to correct these violations could result in court action pursuant to Indiana Code 36-1-6-4. Fines up to $2,500.00 and costs may result. Heres the list: Water damaged and/or moldy walls ELIMINATE ALL MOISTURE PROBLEMS. TEAR OUT MOLDY DRYWALL. REMOVE INSULATION THAT HAS GOTTEN WET AND MAY BE MOLDY. REPLACE THE DRYWALL. PAINTING OVER OR 'KILZING' IS NOT SUFFICIENT.

Beautifully laid out property. Have noticed so many new positive changes to continue improving the property. Would highly recommend checking out and the location is close to broad ripple and downtown!!!

i have lived here for a year and am renewing my lease and thought id share my time here. the girls in the office are super sweet and very responsive. maintenance is great and i've never had any issues with them. the apartments themselves are great with hardwood floors and lots of light. the coffee shop at the front of the community is a huge bonus. i looked all over broad ripple and some apartments downtown and you can't beat the price here. alot of apartments charge 900-1200 for a 1 bedroom with no amenities. the fitness center and pool are a huge bonus. this is the first time i've lived alone with no roommates and i feel completely safe. my neighbors are really nice and the community in general feels warm and inviting. i'm looking forward to many more years here.
