My family has lived at Lighthouse Landings for nearly three years. The office and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The complex has a nice community pool. I also enjoy the computer lab that has free printing available. The location is great and convenient. The location is relatively close to downtown Indianapolis and Greenwood shopping.

DO NOT recommend. We had a fairly good experience until it came to renewing our lease as well as the move out process. They INCREASED our rent by 150$ in a year and a half, on top of that the apartments inside and out are outdated, the windows and doors are not sealed well, there are animals CONSTANTLY barking or being left out on their balconies, and they are doing NOTHING to increase the worth of the property. ON TOP of all that, they we scrubbed our apartment top to bottom before moving out and they proceeded to charge us for "carpet replacement" when the carpet is in the SAME exact shape it was in previously. Basically they were just trying to get more money out of us.

Nice Place overall. Good maintenance staff. Very friendly and responsive to my needs. Good office staff. Lets me have my pets. Good resolution of neighbor issues. Good parking. Good value. Well designed apartments overall. Love the Pool. Wish they would finally put in the dog park / baggie dispensers / trash cans they keep talking about. Washer/ Dryers are nice that they are included but don't' work well at all. Love the storage space, Love the high ceilings. Good safety, nice pourch

I have been a resident at Lighthouse Landings for 1 week and 1 day now and so far it has been a nice experience. The neighborhood is quiet and so are the neighbors for the most part. The curb appeal is nice and office staff is nice. I haven't met anyone from maintenance. There also isn't a list of people working anywhere to be found in any of the hand outs given.
