    Lawrence Landings is an amazing apartment. I love that my balcony has an amazing view & the area is really quiet. I love it here

    It is ok for an area riddled with crime, inside is fine but nothing special. Trash,broken bottles, litter everywhere etc make it hard to enjoy outdoors. The pool needs updating and the pond stinks because people throw all kinds of garbage in there. Its went down over time All these things you can see for yourself by driving around the complex.

    I moved here in February within 3 weeks of me living here I seen a mouse I put a trap down and caught the mouse then a little while after I walked into my kitchen and seen a dead mouse on my kitchen floor I let the apartments maintenance know about this issue they came and put traps down over a month ago and they havent came to check the traps since nor did they follow up with me about this issue they dont never answer there phone the maintenance is horrible and my rent is 845 dollars Im literally paying to live with mice and I still continue to see mouse droppings around my apartment on my kitchen sink behind my stove ect I am extremely disappointed I would not recommend these apartments to anyone and I definitely will not be renewing my lease if I had enough money I would pay to break it DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!
