Current resident. If your thinking about living here please reconsider check around because this place is a dump, and Management is poor the Black Lady in the front office is very rude and you will not get any help from them if problems occur while your staying here.

Unfortunately, while the clubhouse is beautiful and the location is great, the video tour was not representative of the apartment he leased. Management did say his apartment was not updated but even so his apartment was dirty and in disrepair. The windows lacked any casing or insulation so that air and water goes right through them. The fire alarm is still disconnected to the building. The lock on his storage door is missing The screens are ALL broken. Paint spray is spattered all over floors and cabinets. Cabinets are stained and the wood is peeling. The floor in the kitchen is also peeling. There was new carpet installed. The appliances were adequate. Overall, there maintenance team did a rushed job to prepare this place. Also, there is NO soundproofing. If you are on any lower floors, you here every thing which is bothersome for a working person. Additionally, there is no security nor cameras and our vehicle was stolen even though it was locked. Update the management did fill in the window with foam used for basement insulation but there is still no framing or molding and it looks terrible. Cheap maybe ok for a college student, but look elsewhere if you want a quiet, clean and well maintained place.

The management Ms antionette is a God Sent!! She was so patient and helpful to me when trying to find a new home. She answered my questions several times with no frustration!! She advised me to apply I did and was approved she was helpful and very informative throughout the whole process. Any issues she is on it! You can count on her always to be of assistance with no hesitation at all. I been here a month and I love my place. Im very happy I chose to apply and live here. Oh and due to Covid there were restrictions but she got a virtual tour as well. It was clear and I seen it all. My appliances are new and beautiful. The apartment is clean. I love it. She is definitely an asset to this company and property. Thank you so much Kimberly J

BEWARE*** I've been living here since July 2017. I have a lower level unit. The neighbors above me literally run through the apartment all hours of the day. I have been complaining since Sept 2017 to no avail. Absolutely nothing has been done. I'm told to file a police report so I do. Cop tells me its a civil matter. They won't provide anything but an email for corporate office. I'm happy the lease is almost up! Oh yes rent is due no later than the 1st or there is a $65 late fee. I've only paid late once due to not reading my paper work thoroughly when signing my lease. For what they expect of tenants they don't give back much!
