I lived at Lakeshore for over five years until I moved out of state. The location, staff, and community provided a great living experience. I highly recommend Lakeshore Apartments without reservation!

Lakeshore Apartments is a great place to call home. Lived here for many years and have always experienced friendly front office staff (Managers, Consultants, and Maintenance technicians). With recent renovations the all new kitchen cabinets, kitchen granite counter tops, new appliances, bathroom counter, and hardwood floor through out is amazing. Location is one of the best in Indianapolis and nearly unbeatable. Amenities are amazing and sometimes I take a nice walk in this nice large well maintained complex. Neighbors are all very nice and great to be around. I recommend Lakeshore apartments as your next home. :)

I love Lakeshore Apartments and am coming up on my 20th year in March. Corey, the manager, and all of the staff are great as is the maintenance crew! The complex is beautifully manicured, and I love my newly renovated apartment. You can't beat the location. I have been so happy here and hope to call Lakeshore my home for many years to come!

I've lived here going on five years now. The staff is great. Awesome property management. They're great with working out funky lease stuff when you're an adult and still can't figure life out. The property is clean and well-kept. Very safe and secure area. There's a nice jogging trail behind the complex that's pretty nice, too. Pools are managed well in the summer. Great overall value especially for the area.

I've lived at Lakeshore for years, and can't imagine living any where else. Staff always addresses concerns and maintenance issues quickly. Recent renovations are very nice and for the price and the area it can't be beat. Esp like the secure entrance doors on the bldgs.

Ive lived at Lakeshore for 4 years. I stay because of the combination of amenities, the proximity to the north side of Indy but most of all is the staff. From the leasing office folks to the maintenance crew to management they all take such good care of me. If they would put in a breakfast buffet this place would be just like being on vacation.
