I have been a resident of Lakes of Windsor for 15 years and feel its been more of a home to me rather than just an apartment . Everyone, from management, maintenance, and resident have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and beautiful landscaping are attended with care and the awards that have been given are well deserved. I always feel well taken care of and continue to thank everyone for their hard work.

The staff is friendly and seems to really care about the community. The apartments are well maintained and the maintenance staff is prompt and effective. In the winter, the management has been good about making sure the roads of the complex are cleared of snow around 6am. The amenities (gym, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, pool) are great to have access to. Overall, this apartment complex is wonderful and definitely worth the reasonable rent.

Is a beautiful place to call home . The staff in the office is very friendly and on top of things . The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient in solving and fixing your maintenance requests . I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

At first glance of this community, the grounds are exceptionally maintained. The clubhouse and leasing office are pristine. Personally, I enjoyed the use of the fitness area at the clubhouse. It was always clean and orderly. The people who live there are quiet and respectable of others, a definite plus for community living. The leasing staff is first rate and always cordial and ready to help with any issues. I was also impressed by their maintenance staff. If there was a maintenance issue, it was always resolved as quickly as possible. A first rate community.

I have lived here since 2014 and I love my apartment. I feel like I have lots of storage compared to other places. The grounds are very well kept and colorful during the summer months. The things that I have had to call the office for to repair have normally been fixed the same day. I moved in because the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to be willing to go above and beyond to help me find the right apartment.
