Almost 2 weeks since I've moved in and love it! My neighbors are quiet and to themselves- brief hello! Gayle is just awesome and been available to accommodate little request like my sink... Shannon as well for calling me if it's ok for service to be done with or without me home! Communication is important... Great follow up! Appreciate you for making it my home!!!

I use to live at them apts for over 6yrs and these reviews are the truth! And that's just scratching the surface. All the owners who took over this place since l moved in , in 2011 only want your money and dont and dont want to do anything but, raise your rent every yr! If you dont take heed in these warnings..then don't get upset at the apt office etc..ppl when you go through these problems and then some unless they (knollridge) is your ONLY OPTION to move too. They are LIARS! They will say whatever to get you to move in and then they show you who and what they are really about. Gd luck future residents. Im SO GLAD TO BE GONE!

Don't do move here!!! If I could give it -5 I would. Keep your money. The new owners/management team is horrible. I have lived he both under the old ownership and this new one. Someone mentioned in an earlier review how the staff tries to handle you when you bring in your maintenance request into the office and they are absolutely right. The whole summer of 2017 my a/c was out.I called the office, no one would answer the phone. I had to go to the office with my "Not today" face just to get some one to put my request in the computer. And the whole time Shannon was blaming all the maintenance woes on the old owners/management staff. Maintenance had to come out 4 times for the same problem and one of those times was because my husband literally pulled the maintenance guy from next down into our house. I was told multiple times that they were having a professional company come out to look at the units because well over 100 units were down. I was also told that I was being put on the list to get a portable unit until it was fixed. Guess what, it 2018 and my a/c is still down and I got no unit. All the maintenance staff knows how to do is recharge the a/c. And that ain't working. In March my heat was down for a little over 3 weeks and the maintenance man told me to turn on my gas oven and crack it a little to warm up my townhouse. He brought around a small space heater and told me that the part that was needed to fix my furnace was ordered that afternoon and it should be in by the end of the week. Nope. I had to call with my "I ain't foolin' with ya'll" voice and my husband had to go in with the "yall want the rent then fix my heat". I have a leak in my downstairs bathroom that they have "fixed" twice now. And guess what....still leaking. And they have the nerve to charge $1,000 for rent. If you live here and are experiencing trouble like this call the health department. They will come do an inspection and Lord knows Knoll Ridge dosen't want that to happen!

This complex is horrible. I wouldnt recommend anybody live here. Management is horrible and changes often. The maintenance doesnt fix anything they just ride around on the golf carts all day. Six people moved out in one day because its so bad here

Getting things repaired does not happen. We were there 2 weeks and had to threaten legal action before they fixed the lock on our mailbox so we could get our mail. Multiple times they screwed up our rent payment, for example losing our rent check. When this happens, rather than tell you, they just sent you a notice that you are in danger of being evicted and that your failure to pay your rent has been turned in to credit reporting agencies. They allow large sized garbage, for example people moving and throwing out beds, to collect for 2 months before cleaning it up. The office staff is condescending at best. One trick we have watched them do repeatedly is when reporting a problem, they will write it down on a piece of paper and say they will get somebody right over. Two weeks later nobody has come to fix the problem and guess what - there is no trouble ticket in the system. They don't tell you this up front but when you sign the lease, there is also an asbestos waiver that you have to sign. Do not stay here.
