Indiana Flats & Townhomes

I have been lived here for a year. I have nice experiece living here. When you have some issues of your apartment, their response is quick. There are lots of various restaurants nearby and walking to IUPUI campus just takes 10 min. Overall, if you are a student, it's a definitely a good choice living there.

Yes it is a good place to stay. Affordable. Carrie has been a great property manager. Very close to the food spots and proximity to IUPUI has been convenient. Maintenance is quick which I really appreciate. What I don't appreciate is one of them being rude while talking. Me and my roommates share the same opinion. I would like to thank Carrie for keeping the printer always full with paper and the coffee jar at the bar always full and addressing all the problems that I have had. If only Indiana Flats could build units with 2 bed 2 baths, it would be a blessing and I would be the first one to move there.

I recently lived at Indiana Flats and Townhomes for over a year. Carrie is an awesome property manager; she is very friendly and super helpful. When ever I emailed or would contact her, she would respond very quickly. Also, if there was ever an issue with the apartment, maintenance was there shortly to fix it. The maintenance men were very friendly and polite as well. The location is great; lots of food options and close to Mass Ave. Also, both University Hospital and Riley Hospital are a mile down the road, if work in healthcare. Overall, I had a great experience while living here!

TL;DR - We never actually moved in but Carrie, the property manager was outstanding and so incredibly easy to work with. We're from KC but our daughter goes to IUPUI. We thought she was going to move off campus her sophomore year but life happens and she actually needed to be on campus but we found this out after we had signed a lease. I eventually found someone to take over the lease (on Reddit no less) and Carrie helped get all the paperwork transferred over to the new renter while I stayed in KC and sweated a few bullets. My daughter met with Carrie before we signed the lease and she was fantastic at responding to my gazillion questions over email. Even though we never actually moved in, the level of courtesy and assistance we got would absolutely make me go back if the need arises in the future.

I highly recommend living here especially if you are looking for off campus housing close to IUPUI. Carrie is the sweetest and so helpful with anything could you possibly have a question about. She will walk you through the whole process and make sure you have all the information you need. The apartments are nice and very affordable for the Indy area! Definitely your best option around campus

My wife and I lived here for 3 years and we loved our experience. The property manager Carri was incredible and worked with us make our experience great. When we had an issue arise, she worked diligently to solve it. She will go above and beyond to ensure the safety and well being of the tenants. The maintenance staff was also fantastic and responded promptly to any request we had. The location is great being so close to IUPUI and the neighborhood is safe and friendly.
