All I can say is Wow! Beautiful Apartments! Awesome Kitchens, a must see. The girls in the office are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. It was snowing and the sidewalks were still free of snow. The moment they have one available I am moving here.
The office staff was very helpful and welcomed me in as soon as I opened the door! They answered all my questions and helped me find my new home. I would highly recommend these apartments!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. While the remodeling was taking place, the windows were left open ALL the time especially when it was raining. So the rain was going into the apartment's, mold will eventually appear. Windows look new but are not. Some windows don't have screens. If you have neighbor (s) that cause problem's, don't call the office. They won't make them leave. Management is more concerned about the money then the residents. Every building had their own dumpster, but management couldn't afford paying for them so they had some of them removed. Which means you have to walk far to throw away your trash. In the winter time you have to put plastic or blankets on your windows (VERY DRAFTY). In order to have hot water to take a shower or wash dishes, you have to turn the theromast to 80 or higher to keep it running while bathing or doing dishes.
The new and renovated apartments look nice. But they way they were built and at the pace most appliances, heat/air does not work. Was suppose to have our washer and dryer fixed within 2 weeks, wasn't fixed for a MONTH. Now our heat doesn't work and they are trying to put space heaters in which is awful to have on. Don't suggest living here.
I like the new updates to the apartments. Seriously looking in to moving here
