    Dont let the fake paid for five star reviews for you. This place is an absolute dump the maintenance team and the leasing office are horrible. They get nothing done in a timely manner. Ive been waiting for nearly two weeks for my AC to be fixed. This happens every season. They let us go without heat for over a week this past winter now it has been almost 2 weeks. It has been 80+ degrees inside and no one has been out to fix our air-conditioning. Do not waste your time energy or money on this terrible place the leasing office likes to lie and say theyre undergoing a leasing office change and theyre understaffed. No they just dont care every time I go in there theyre sitting around and talking amongst each other that same time theyre spent flapping their gums could be used to find employees that want to work. This City literally has a maintenance training program partnered with one of the many local community centers. Do not give them your money.. Do not sign a lease with these people. You will greatly regret it. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can leave this place in the past.

    I've lived here for 3 years. Started out great. Slowly went downhill. Now I can never get ahold of the office and maintenance is very slow to fix anything. We've been dealing with a broken air conditioner for months and it's still not fixed even though it was 90* all last week. Save your money and live someone else that actually cares about keeping you as a tenant.

    1) Zero Follow up by office staff. Submit multiple issues to multiple staff, more than once and no action taken. Zero follow up. Not even good excuses. 2) Trash on balconies and patios all week 3) Broken Sauna, incorrectly fixed door, useless 4) Missing and broken fitness center equipment for 6 months 5) No parking enforcement for illegal plated and parked vehicles 6) Required Trash fee and on pick up they scratch your car on way by. Thanks but no thanks Please sell it to a management company that has a clue.

    I looked at several apartments over the course of a month and The Oaks of Eagle Creek stands out. Its a nice community, sits very close to Eagle Creek Park, has a variety of well laid out floor plans and is priced for value. There are a number of newer complexes with more modern features but they all cost considerably more. There are also many older or same age complexes, sometimes in less than ideal areas, that are slightly cheaper or around the same price but they arent as nice and certainly dont offer the same amenities or feeling of living in a safe environment. For overall value The Oaks is tough to beat.

    I've lived here seven years I love the location it's easy access to highway and the shipping places I frequent. The grounds are kept very nicely. I feel safe enough to walk each morning. The office staff know me by name. I've not had any serious problems in apartment. I'm not planning to move any time soon.
