have lived here for almost 2 yrs. All was well the first half and now new tenants are causing noise problems. I have to sleep through loud parties and barking dogs at 3AM because their owners aren't home. I've reported each incident and neither was resolved. I no longer have the desire to live here and have decided to break my lease. I rented washer and dryer and now they're taking them back and forcing us to use a 3rd party company due to poor management. I would not recommend this place.

These are old apartments and I understand that I love everything about my apartment I have had a few problems since moving in however instead of trying to call the office to complain or to get something fixed I go down to the office to speak with them face to face the ladies in the office are extremely friendly and helpful in my opinion they go above and beyond even the maintenance guys are awesome if we dont renew the lease on the 3 bedroom I will be getting a 1 bedroom here I love it here

Called left several messages. Never got a call back and no one ever answered the phone.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone! The manager is not friendly at all and very rude to the employees as well. UNPROFESSIONAL! My advice is to go somewhere else! I can see why they always need maintenance employees, etc. Also, the apartments aren't nice enough to spend that much per month.

Maintenance is TERRIBLE. The first week I lived here we had mold on our ceiling the size of a softball. Showed pictures to the front desk. They were horrified and said the head maintence man should look at it in the next couple days. Same day, someone came in and painted over it. I asked the head maintenance man about it and he said oh yeah looks like a leak. Said hed check out upstairs to see if theres a leak and let us know. Never heard back from him. Weve had multiple times where wed have to call maintence and every time I was here while they were fixing something Id have them look at the ceiling and they would say theyd check it out and get back to us. Five months later and still nothing has been done. The first week we put in a work order for our door knob to our front door to get fixed because it wasnt latching right. A guy came and fixed it by putting oil on it. Five months later and the door doesnt latch unless its slammed shut and some time the door wont even close unless we lock the deadbolt. Weve put in work orders twice for that. Theres mold on the windowsills in the bedrooms. DO NOT rent their washer and dryer because the dryer takes three rounds before your clothes are dry. A complete waste of money. The community laundry facility is nice when all of the machines are WORKING. Theres four washers and four dryer. All four washers always seem to work but for some reason the same dryer keeps going out and now theres two dryers out. Something is always wrong. Id say overall the people are nice and the community is good, but the lighting outside is awful and they charge way too much for such mediocre living. I would never recommend unless you want to mess with maintence weekly because things seem to go wrong often.

I really enjoy the community and the apartment, I jut have experienced (what I feel) are above average maintenance requests. The maintenance staff are becoming better at responding to my requests in a timely manner, but in the beginning, they were taking weeks to respond.
