Maintenance is TERRIBLE. The first week I lived here we had mold on our ceiling the size of a softball. Showed pictures to the front desk. They were horrified and said the head maintence man should look at it in the next couple days. Same day, someone came in and painted over it. I asked the head maintenance man about it and he said oh yeah looks like a leak. Said hed check out upstairs to see if theres a leak and let us know. Never heard back from him. Weve had multiple times where wed have to call maintence and every time I was here while they were fixing something Id have them look at the ceiling and they would say theyd check it out and get back to us. Five months later and still nothing has been done. The first week we put in a work order for our door knob to our front door to get fixed because it wasnt latching right. A guy came and fixed it by putting oil on it. Five months later and the door doesnt latch unless its slammed shut and some time the door wont even close unless we lock the deadbolt. Weve put in work orders twice for that. Theres mold on the windowsills in the bedrooms. DO NOT rent their washer and dryer because the dryer takes three rounds before your clothes are dry. A complete waste of money. The community laundry facility is nice when all of the machines are WORKING. Theres four washers and four dryer. All four washers always seem to work but for some reason the same dryer keeps going out and now theres two dryers out. Something is always wrong. Id say overall the people are nice and the community is good, but the lighting outside is awful and they charge way too much for such mediocre living. I would never recommend unless you want to mess with maintence weekly because things seem to go wrong often.
I really enjoy the community and the apartment, I jut have experienced (what I feel) are above average maintenance requests. The maintenance staff are becoming better at responding to my requests in a timely manner, but in the beginning, they were taking weeks to respond.
Slow maintenance response.
Walls are a bit thin, but the staff is very nice and extremely efficient; I've only had 2 or 3 issues in 3 years, but they've always been fixed within a day.
Staff is nice but it seems we cannot get any of our serious conc Ernst addressed. They gave us a different apartment then what we discussed, there were leaks and mold and bugs upon move in date, and it has been an ongoing battle. Several requests for the pest control have been ignored and they completely downplayed the mold and leaks which is still an issue.
