I hate these apartments! I would NEVERRRR recommend these apartments to anyone !!!! The community suck the office staff really rude I can go on and on but not enough room to type lol!!!

These apartments charge for every small thing, they are very outdated but the price keeps increasing; but nothing is changing. Yet they keep adding more fees. Kids run the hallways, playing on doors. Neighbors on top are loud, sounds like theyre going to come through the ceiling. First water was included with the rent, then we started paying for that. Then the increase in rent by hundreds of dollars for these ran down apartments is behind my comprehension. My stove barely boils water, it is mold everywhere. The hallways are always nasty and smell gross. They charge for trash services and MAKE you use it. When the trash cans are freely open to anyone. Even those that dont live here, so they can access them for free but those that pay to live here HAVE to pay $25! Mind blowing, these apartments used to be pretty decent. They are now the pits and next year I will be out! Money hungry company, overpriced and outdated. I suggest you look somewhere else to live. Oh theyre not really zero deposit, its an additional amount added to your rent. Any $1 they can get, theyre out to get it. Melissa, the property manager is the only positive thing they have here.

I'm on SSDI, I make X amount of money per month. i have NO gross amount. I get the X amount, every month period. These people, and there are other apt. complanes that do the same. Even given the calculations to show the gross I'd have to have to net the x amount, they don't consider that. I asked if this is a matter of ADA concern. They, of course, said the ADA had nothing to do with this, even though it punishes those on any disability program.
