I am satisfied living here in country lakes apartment. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. They have a friendly and wonderful staff, whenever I call because I need them to send somebody to repair, they send me someone as soon as possible. I recommend this place to be your new home.

These townhouses are really nice, clean, and spacious. The office staff is nice & maintenance is pretty good bout coming 2 fix things. They have little events for the residents to come & enjoy holidays. I would definitely recommend these homes!!!!!!

I do not like the parking situation. We are ordered to pay for parking passes however, the parking is not enforced and everyday I come home from work there is never an open parking spot. There are always cars sitting in front of apartment units without any parking stickers on the cars! We were notified to contact the tow company and provide any vehicle information and then the tow company will come out to remove the cars. Well the several times that I have called and given information I was questioned by the tow company stating that it is the property manager's job to call and not the residents. I was going back and forth between the tow company and the property manager. Finally I just gave up and decided that this is my last year having to deal with this apartment community and management as well as rude neighbors with no common courtesy.Thank you,

I really like the size of the 2bd apartment. I've only viewed pictures and hope to be able to see an apartment soon and inquired about availability. Please email and let me know if anyone will be taking application.

The apartments were spacious, but the upkeep is not great. I had a leaking ceiling in the hallway whenever it rained. Had to call maintenance everytime it rained. The carpet was nice, but you can clearly tell that the subflooring was awful. I actually felt holes under the carpet. The stairs are very squeaky. I also had a terrible issue with spiders. I never recieved my deposit back, nor any explanation as to why not.

The townhomes were run down on the inside and the outside. Broken glass all over the parking lot, etc... I would not recommend these apartments
